Forced into a minor mishap by a mix-up in field orders, the Buzzard was rebuilt and flown several more times, only to languish in storage through the company's lack of finances. 

As a powered sailplane, the Buzzard had a niche of its own, but wartime marked its premature demise when the sole example was destroyed by fire.
